This experience is about more than soccer. It's an opportunity for our young athletes to compete, build friendships, experience new environments, and create lasting memories with their teammates and families.

Tournament Dates: July 23–26, 2027

Hotel Check-In: Thursday, July 22, 2027 | Hotel Check-Out: Tuesday, July 27, 2027

Estimated Travelers: 135 total

  • 45 travelers per team

  • 15 youth athletes per team

  • 30 adults and family members per team

Tournament Schedule

The 2027 Disney Cup International is scheduled to begin on Friday, July 23, at 8:00 AM and conclude on Monday, July 26, at 4:00 PM.

All teams are expected to play on Friday, July 23.

Tournament schedules and game times are subject to change by the event organizers.

  • Five-night hotel stay: July 22–27, 2027

Ground Transportation

  • Round-trip airport transportation

  • Scheduled round-trip transportation between the hotel and tournament facilities

  • Lunches, snacks, and personal dining expenses

  • Disney theme park admission

  • Transportation outside scheduled group transfers

  • Personal purchases and souvenirs

  • Additional activities and excursions

  • Insurance - we highly recommend that each parent purchase travel insurance to provide added peace of mind for athletes and their families. Deposits, Payments & Cancellation Policies

To help secure group accommodations and travel arrangements, families should review the following payment requirements.

  • $100 nonrefundable deposit is due for registration by November

  • A $250 nonrefundable deposit is due by January 4th, 2027

  • The final balance is due one month before departure: June 22, 2027.

  • You may request reservation changes or cancellations up to one month before departure: June 22, 2027.

  • The initial deposit remains nonrefundable.
